Key Responsibilities
- Edit long daily vlogs into high-quality Instagram Reels.
- Create engaging, attention-grabbing edits with captions, music, transitions, and effects.
- Upload and publish reels on Instagram.
- Write captions, add hashtags, and schedule posts.
- Manage the complete Instagram page to ensure consistent growth and engagement.
- Deliver content within daily timelines.
Compensation
- ₹20 per approved Reel
- Expected Output: Up to 100 Reels per day
- Monthly Earning Potential: ₹60,000+
- Annual Earning Potential: ₹7.2 Lakhs+ (Performance-Based)
The more approved reels you create, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Experience editing Instagram Reels or other short-form videos.
- Good understanding of viral content, trends, and audience retention.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Own laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
