Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying software defects.
Additional Information:
