Job Title: Embedded Software Developer Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Embedded Software Developer Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, and Embedded Programming. The trainer should possess strong technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students through practical projects while preparing them for careers in the embedded systems industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on Embedded Systems concepts.
- Teach Embedded C, C++, and basic Python for embedded applications.
- Train students on 8051, AVR, PIC, ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, and Arduino platforms.
- Explain microcontroller architecture, GPIO, Timers, Interrupts, ADC, DAC, PWM, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and USB protocols.
- Conduct practical sessions using development boards and debugging tools.
- Guide students in interfacing sensors, actuators, displays, motors, and communication modules.
- Train students in RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS) and embedded Linux basics.
- Introduce IoT concepts using ESP32, NodeMCU, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and MQTT.
- Mentor students in real-time embedded projects and industrial applications.
- Develop training materials, lab manuals, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with interview preparation, technical aptitude, and project documentation.
- Keep course content updated with current embedded technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student employability.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper usage of hardware kits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C and C++ programming.
- Experience with ARM Cortex, STM32, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, AVR, or PIC microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and Ethernet.
- Understanding of RTOS concepts and embedded Linux.
- Experience with debugging tools such as JTAG, ST-Link, and oscilloscopes.
- Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud integration, and wireless communication.
- Knowledge of PCB basics and electronic circuit troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Embedded Systems
- Computer Science Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Or a related discipline
Experience
- 1–3 years: Embedded Software Development or Training.
- 3+ years: Preferred for Senior Trainer positions.
- Industrial project experience in embedded systems or IoT is an added advantage.
