We are looking for a motivated Bank Loan Telesales Executive to drive customer acquisition for our loan products. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls, explain loan offerings, generate leads, and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bank loan products (personal loans, home loans, etc.).
- Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Address customer queries and provide timely solutions or escalate to higher authorities when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, pitches, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred in commerce/finance)
- 1–3 years experience in telesales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
