We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Provide accurate information about products/services
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
Requirements
Good communication skills inEnglish and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Shift Rotational Shift (no night shift)
Week Off Rotational Week Off
