Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Vice President – Human Resources to lead the organization’s HR function from our New Delhi office. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives while strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a people-first mindset, and the ability to build scalable HR systems in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s overall Human Resources strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Design and oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultivate a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and strategic problem-solving.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, rewards, and performance management systems.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.
- Manage HRIS systems, HR analytics, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR priorities with business expansion plans.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team focused on operational excellence and employee development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong expertise in Human Resources leadership and strategic HR management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and organizational frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace management.
- Knowledge of compensation structures, employee benefits, and HR compliance practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role within a corporate environment is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
