Sriyam Group Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate company based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We handle a wide range of property and construction projects and are looking for a reliable, organised Administrative Executive to support our daily operations and keep things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
- Prepare, organise, and maintain legal and business documentation in English
- Translate documents and correspondence between Odia and English accurately
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and related financial errands
- Attend court offices and government departments to submit or collect paperwork
- Maintain and update records, registers, and trackers using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with lawyers, government offices, and internal teams as needed
- Handle miscellaneous field and office tasks assigned by management
Eligibility and Requirements
- Fluency in Odia (spoken and written) and proficiency in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
- Ability to translate documents accurately between Odia and English
- Comfortable travelling to banks, courts, and government offices within Bhubaneswar
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / B.A. / BBA preferred)
Good To Have
- Prior experience in administrative, legal, or real estate office work
- Familiarity with property registration or court filing procedures in Odisha
- Knowledge of MS Word and basic email communication
