We are looking for an experienced Manager-cum-Barista to join our team. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment. * Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations. * Proficient in billing and POS systems. * Experience in cash handling and daily cash reconciliation. * Skilled in inventory management, stock control, and stock reduction/wastage management. * Ability to manage day-to-day operations and supervise staff. * Good communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve high-quality beverages. * Oversee daily café operations. * Manage billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reports. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required. * Control stock movement and minimize wastage. * Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
