Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and expand the organization’s business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients/customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business activities
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
- Manage and guide the business development team
- Attend meetings, networking events, and client interactions
Requirements:

Preferred Qualification:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
