Key Responsibilities
- Global Lead Generation: Build and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting international decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, Founders) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and cold emailing. High proficiency in using Upwork, Fiverr Pro, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Handle and nurture international inquiries from digital platforms, converting them into high-value discovery calls.
- Technical Pitching & Consultation: Conduct virtual discovery meetings to understand the client's business bottlenecks and present Digol’s tech frameworks (Custom Apps, SaaS development, Web architectures) as solutions.
- Proposal & RFP Handling: Coordinate closely with our core technical development team to draft precise project scopes, timelines, commercial proposals, and structural RFPs.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Confidently handle objections, negotiate international project pricing, and close high-ticket software service contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of closing deal for software development, web application, or technical solution projects in international markets.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Basic conceptual understanding of modern web infrastructures (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs) to pitch intelligently to tech-savvy clients. You don’t need to code, but you must speak the language of tech.
- Communication: Flawless professional English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Ability to understand global business cultural nuances and write highly personalized, non-generic outreach emails.
- Platforms: High proficiency in using Upwork, Fiverr Pro, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and cold email automation tools (like Instantly or Lemlist).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
