Overview
Intercontinental Exchange is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst responsible for managing customer collections, resolving account issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and timely service.
· Investigate delinquent accounts through email and phone communication to collect outstanding balances.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business stakeholders.
· Maintain and update customer contact information within the billing system.
· Process customer account credits and adjustments using the correct ledger coding.
· Support additional tasks assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.
· Incorporate management feedback to meet productivity and performance expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable or Collections experience.
· Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and HighRadius is an advantage but not mandatory.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
· Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.
· Proven ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
