Job Role :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain documents of candidates.
- Coordinate with campus interview drives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria :
- The candidate should be active and should hold Good Communication skills
- Candidates should be fluent in English, Kannada.
- Preference for Immediate joiners only.
