We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and execution-focused professional who can support multiple brands through digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, video editing, social media management, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and marketing execution and wants to work directly on growing brands.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Track and report campaign performance.
- Assist in customer acquisition and lead nurturing activities.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Identify content trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging social media content.
Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, stories, reels covers, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication.
Video Editing & Reels
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Add captions, transitions, music, branding, and motion graphics.
- Create high-engagement short-form video content.
WhatsApp Marketing & CRM
- Manage WhatsApp Business campaigns and broadcasts.
- Execute customer engagement and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Update CRM systems and track lead status.
- Support customer follow-ups and communication activities.
Photography & Content Capture
- Capture photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Record testimonials, office activities, client interactions, and promotional content.
