Travel: Regular travel to manufacturing sites and key accounts across India
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for PVC sheetings, flooring, and allied products across targeted geographies and customer segments.
- Identify and acquire new clients including architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, institutional buyers, and distributors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the product lead and manufacturing teams across sites in MP and other states to align product availability with market demand.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments in the PVC flooring and sheeting segment.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to the Managing Director.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently, with support from the leadership team where required.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Set up distribution channels and dealer networks in untapped markets.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and after-sales follow-through.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the PVC sheetings, vinyl flooring, coated fabrics, or related building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a product-driven, manufacturing-led organisation.
- Experience handling multi-state or pan-India sales territory preferred.
- Exposure to dealer/distributor management is an advantage.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
