Job Summary
KAS Home Elevators is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable home elevator solutions.
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, interior designers, and channel partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Operations and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city and nearby locations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
A valid two-wheeler and driving license are preferred.
