Position Overview The Production & Manufacturing StaƯ will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, machine assembly, quality compliance, and production activities while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of pharmaceutical machinery. Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Operate manufacturing tools, machines, and equipment safely and eƯiciently. Perform machine fitting, assembly, testing, and inspection activities. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Maintain production records and daily work reports. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety procedures. Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, and quality teams. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Support troubleshooting and corrective actions during production processes. Required Qualifications ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
