This is a high-ownership leadership position for someone who wants to build, operate, and scale a business alongside the Founder.
At OneRoot, we operate across spice exports, commodity trading, biological crop inputs, international sourcing, and emerging agri-business verticals. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations across the company and drive execution at speed.
The Founder sets direction and drives strategic growth. You ensure the business runs effectively across teams, systems, people, and execution.

What You Will Own
- End-to-end operations across multiple business verticals
- Leadership and accountability across operational teams
- Execution of strategic priorities and business goals
- Vendor, partner, and client relationship management
- Building SOPs, reporting systems, and operational structures
- Hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- P&L visibility, operational efficiency, and margin improvement
- Cross-border sourcing and international operational coordination
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, or high-growth startups
- Someone who has actually managed and built operations — not just reported on them
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial understanding of margins, working capital, and business risks
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, fast decision-making, and multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to sourcing regions, factories, and client locations
- Experience in agriculture, commodities, exports, or trade is a strong advantage
