Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into loyal customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and market specific product families with strategic insight.
- Promote company products and services across multiple channels.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and client visits to generate leads.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to grow existing accounts.
- Attend trade shows and travel to customer sites for business promotion.
- Perform competitive market analysis to shape sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data and records in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Experience in engineering services and products is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD/PLM solutions is highly desirable.
