Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Gazette procedures clearly.
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations team for smooth processing of applications.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build customer trust by providing accurate information and excellent service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in:
- Kannada + Hindi OR
- Kannada + Telugu
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in documentation, legal, government services, consultancy, insurance, banking, education, or service industry will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Intermediate with relevant experience.
