Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Temenos Transact Technical Lead with strong expertise in T24/TAFJ R23+ and a solid understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules. The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive solution design, development, integration, production support, and technical governance while leading a development squad in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Temenos Transact solutions.

Design and develop scalable interfaces, customizations, and local developments.

Review technical and architectural designs while ensuring compliance with development standards and security guidelines.

Lead and mentor the development squad, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.

Develop solutions using T24 COB, Services Framework, Integration & Interaction Frameworks.

Investigate and resolve production (RTB) issues and support deployment activities.
-
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business Change Engineers, and Project Managers to drive successful project delivery.

Participate in project review meetings and provide regular delivery status updates.

Perform impact assessments, effort estimation, and ensure adherence to BJB development standards and T24 coding best practices.

Identify and manage technical risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
-
7–12 years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development.

Hands-on experience with TAFJ R23+ in multi-company, multi-application server environments.

Strong expertise in InfoBasic, Java, Design Studio, GitLab, JBoss, Oracle SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Test Framework.

Deep understanding of T24 COB, Services Framework, Integration & Interaction Frameworks, and Streaming Solutions.

Experience with production support (RTB), troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tivoli.

Good understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL query optimization, and Linux scripting.

Functional understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules in Temenos Transact.

Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.

Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
