Key Result Areas (KRA) – Senior HR Manager1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRMS, and documentation.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive the performance appraisal process across the organization.
- Monitor KRA/KPI implementation and employee performance reviews.
- Support managers in performance improvement planning.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and address concerns proactively.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary benchmarking, increments, promotions, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Support annual budgeting for manpower and compensation.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Review and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
- Oversee POSH compliance and committee coordination.
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill enhancement initiatives.
8. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.
9. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports and workforce metrics.
- Track recruitment, attrition, attendance, engagement, and performance trends.
- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
10. Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Support change management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Drive process improvements and HR best practices across the organization.
11. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure effective delegation and execution of HR activities.
12. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads and leadership teams on workforce planning and HR strategies.
- Provide HR guidance and support for organizational decision-making.
