- Main process used for aluminium welding.
- Knowledge of AC current settings and filler rods.
- Material KnowledgeUnderstanding of aluminium grades like 6061, 5052, 6082, etc.
- Handling thin and thick aluminium sheets.
- Welding Quality
- Strong and clean weld finishing.
- Avoid porosity, cracks, and burn-through
- Casing assembly and mechanical part deburring, buffing, and cleaning bar
- Fixture tapping and drilling for any type of rework handling.
Qualification: ITI Welder
Exp: 1-2 Yrs in TIG Welding
