Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR or related roles
Salary Range: 60k to 70k
Roles:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Experience in employee recruitment & onboarding
- Proficient in MS Office / HR software
- Clear understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Understanding of PF, ESI, statutory compliance, leave policies, and payroll coordination
- Ability to prepare HR reports and updates
- Strong coordination with management, employees, and external agencies and report to the HR Head
- Should maintain ethical HR practices
- Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or similar industries is an added advantage
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
