Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing reception operations, handling communication, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment aligned with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Manage visitor entry, security protocols, and gate passes
- Maintain visitor logs and reception records
- Coordinate with candidates and handle interview process
- Handle courier services, and official correspondence
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms
- Support HR/admin tasks such as documentation and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff
- Address visitor queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure a positive and professional company image at all times
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in front desk / administrative role

Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate / manufacturing setup

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (Gujarati preferred for Ahmedabad)
