Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will primarily support end-to-end recruitment while contributing to employee engagement and HR operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent, coordinate the recruitment process, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and assist with various HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Onboarding & HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters and support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and update HRMS accurately.
- Assist in employee lifecycle processes, including joining formalities and documentation.
3. Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate with placement consultants, recruitment agencies, and campus partners.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare recruitment reports and share regular hiring updates with stakeholders.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in organizing employee events and promoting a positive workplace culture.
5. HR Administration
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records with accuracy.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with internal HR processes.
Required Skills:
- 1–1.5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Experience in IT recruitment or hiring for technical roles is preferred.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
