Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC milling or turning machines, good knowledge of measuring instruments, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (VMC/CNC Lathe/Milling).
- Load raw materials and tools into machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Measure finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as required.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep machines clean.
- Maintain production records and quality documentation.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety practices.
