Role Overview
The person will be responsible for handling returned orders that come back to our office or warehouse. These are mainly RTO orders, which means orders that were shipped but came back because the customer did not accept the delivery, address issue, delivery failure, or other courier-related reasons.
The main work will include receiving return parcels, opening them carefully, checking the products, making a proper list, and coordinating with the inventory team so that stock can be updated correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle RTO/return parcels from courier partners.
- Unpack returned orders carefully without damaging the product or packaging.
- Check the returned items against order details.
- Count and verify the products received.
- Separate products based on condition, such as good condition, damaged, missing item, wrong item, etc.
- Make a proper list of returned products for inventory updates.
- Share return details with the inventory executive and operations team.
- Help the inventory team update stock correctly.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for any return-related issue.
- Maintain basic records of returned orders.
- Keep the return handling area clean and organized.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the senior team.
- Support the operations head and dispatch team whenever required.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with experience in dispatch, warehouse, packing, inventory, ecommerce operations, or courier handling can apply.
- Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn.
- Basic reading and writing skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Should be able to count products properly and maintain simple records.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and careful with small products.
- Should be comfortable doing hands-on work like unpacking, sorting, checking, and arranging products.

Job Types: Freelance, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
