Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Pharma Calling Executive to connect with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals over calls. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and services.
- Generate new leads and maintain a strong customer database.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding orders, inquiries, and product updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare daily and weekly calling reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Pharma background preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
