Job Role
Work as a Soft Skills Trainer / Communication Trainer / Spoken English Trainer from home and earn between ₹4 – ₹5 LPA. In this role, you will conduct live online sessions and demo classes for working professionals, helping them improve public speaking, confidence, and communication skills. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in soft skills training, corporate training, English teaching, or online teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct demo sessions and convert learners through engaging teaching
- Deliver 1:1 live online classes using PlanetSpark curriculum
- Help learners improve communication, public speaking, and confidence
- Provide structured feedback and track learner progress
- Maintain punctuality and follow assigned teaching schedules
Who Can Apply
- Graduates with minimum 1 year experience as a soft skills trainer, English trainer, corporate trainer, or online teacher
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable teaching online using digital tools
Requirements
- Laptop with webcam
- Stable high-speed internet (Wi-Fi)
- Availability: 3–4 hours daily, 6 days a week
Available Shifts
- 3 pm – 10 pm IST (India learners)
- 6 pm – 11 pm IST (India / UAE learners)
- 10 pm – 2 am IST (US / Canada learners)
- 4 am – 8 am IST (US / Canada learners)
