Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Diamond Jewellery Sales (Mandatory)
- Experience in a reputed jewellery showroom preferred.
- Strong knowledge of certified diamonds, diamond jewellery, and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Explain diamond quality, certification, pricing, and product features.
- Meet individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain showroom display and merchandising standards.
- Build repeat customers through excellent service and follow-up.
