SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer Experience: 3–10 Years | Full-Time
About the Role We are looking for a hands-on SailPoint IIQ Developer/Engineer to design, build, and scale our Identity & Access Management platform. You will own the full development lifecycle — from connector integration to workflow automation — ensuring secure and seamless access governance across the enterprise.
Core Engineering Responsibilities
Architect and develop end-to-end IIQ solutions including workflows, rules, tasks, and policies
Build custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications (AD, LDAP, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, cloud apps)
Write complex BeanShell/Java rules for joiner-mover-leaver (JML) lifecycle automation
Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Separation of Duties (SoD), and entitlement management
Develop RESTful APIs and web services integrations within IIQ
Perform IIQ upgrades, patching, and environment migrations (Dev → QA → Prod)
Tune system performance — batch tasks, aggregation optimization, DB query tuning
Build and maintain access certification campaigns and policy violation frameworks
Technical Skills Required
SailPoint IIQ version experience: 7.x / 8.x
Strong BeanShell / Java development skills
XML configuration, XHTML for UI customization
Connector development — JDBC, REST, SOAP, flat-file, LDAP
Directory services: Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP
Database: SQL (Oracle / MSSQL / MySQL)
Source control: Git, SVN
Application servers: Tomcat, JBoss
