Role & responsibilities :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to sales.
- Assisting customers with bookings,
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating details in the system.
- Meeting daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Desired profile:-
- Good communication skills (English, Tamil, and Hindi languages )
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate from Textile industry is an added advantage
