Job Summary
Plus UAE is hiring a B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified business leads for our UAE-focused services and SaaS platform (Plus UAE Connect).
This role is focused on prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification, targeting companies interested in business setup, compliance services, and company management systems in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies (UAE & international)
- Generate B2B leads through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Online research & databases
- Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
- Initiate contact and introduce Plus UAE services & platform
- Schedule meetings / demos for the sales team
- Maintain lead data in CRM / tracking systems
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversion
Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / email outreach tools
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers
- Organized and target-driven approach
Preferred
- Experience targeting UAE / GCC market
- Background in SaaS, business services, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
