Your Role: Client Manager (BFSI Sector)
- Location: Mumbai (Hybrid / WFH flexible)
- Reporting to: Senior Client Manager
- Compensation: At par with Industry Standards + Performance Incentives
What You’ll Do (The Impact)
As a Client Manager, you won't just fill seats; you will be a strategic talent consultant to prestigious clients in the BFSI space.
- Own the Strategy: Design and execute diverse sourcing and marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent and passive candidates.
- Drive Business Growth: Actively manage, mine, and expand existing prestigious accounts while executing smart lead generation to acquire new BFSI clients.
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and level up members of your recruitment team, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Optimize Experiences: Design consistent, modern interviewing and hiring practices that champion a stellar candidate experience.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to ensure our delivery stays unmatched.
Who You Are
- The Experience: 6–9 years of experience in the BFSI recruitment sector, with strong exposure to Executive Search, Temporary Staffing, or Permanent Recruitment.
- The Education: Any Graduate degree; an MBA is a nice bonus
- The Skillset: A blend of consultative selling and sharp candidate assessment. You have excellent communication skills and natural team-management abilities.
- The Mindset: You are highly organized, naturally conscientious, and thrive when owning your pipeline end-to-end without needing reminders. You're energized by the idea of growing within a rapidly scaling, ambitious organization.
