About the Role
Anya Segen is looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to support the growth of our digital presence. This is a hands-on role covering content research, social media, scripting, short-form video and on-camera presentation.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, understands digital content and can turn ideas and information into clear, relevant and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Research relevant topics, trends and stories.
- Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories and other social content.
- Write engaging scripts with strong hooks and clear storytelling.
- Appear on camera for selected videos and present content confidently.
- Work with designers and editors to take content from idea to publication.
- Support the social media calendar and ensure timely content execution.
- Track basic content performance and audience response.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Bring fresh ideas and take ownership of assigned work.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Good writing, research and storytelling skills.
- Genuine interest in social media and digital content.
- Creative, proactive and willing to experiment.
- Ability to simplify information and communicate it effectively.
- Willingness to learn new tools, including AI-assisted content workflows.
Preferred Background
Graduates from Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, English, PR, Advertising or Digital Media are encouraged to apply.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
Experience in content creation, anchoring, public speaking, social media, YouTube or internships will be an advantage.
