Kafka Developer / Senior Kafka Engineer
Experience: 7–15 Years

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Apache Kafka
- Expertise in Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Producers/Consumers
- Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Knowledge of Apache ZooKeeper and Kafka cluster administration
- Experience in Kafka performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and messaging platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based streaming solutions.
- Build scalable and reliable event-driven applications.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize Kafka clusters.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for system integration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of messaging systems.
- Implement best practices for data streaming, security, and performance.
