Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and follow up on new sales leads for interior design projects
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, budget, and preferences
- Explain design options, materials, and services clearly to customers
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the design team
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Coordinate with designers and project teams after order confirmation
- Maintain good relationships with existing and past clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update sales records and client details regularly
- Visit sites when required for better understanding and client discussions
Required Skills:

Tools/ Software Required:
- MS Excel &Word
- CRM Tools (Preferred)
- AutoCAD / basic design understanding (Preferred)
- Email & Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Designing, Architecture, Business Management, or any Degree
- MBA in Sales / Marketing (Preferred)
Experience Required: 3+ years in Interior Sales or related Industry
Working Hours: 8 hours

Shift Timing: 9:30Am to 6:30 Pm
Week offs Day: Sunday

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000
Salary is Negotiable: Yes
Incentives: 2% of the Project value upon successful closure of the Project
