Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of graphic designing and printing processes. The candidate will assist in creating marketing materials, social media creatives, packaging, and print-ready artwork while working closely with the senior design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready files for brochures, visiting cards, packaging, standees, and other branding materials.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate print output and timely delivery.
- Edit and retouch images for digital and print use.
- Assist in designing product catalogues, labels, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all artwork follows the company's brand guidelines.
- Make design revisions based on feedback from the marketing team.
- Maintain organized design files and project records.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and printing techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of printing processes, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), bleed, crop marks, and print specifications.
- A creative portfolio showcasing design work is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
- Understanding of printing techniques and print file preparation.
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and colour theory.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
