Aarii Ventures, the Investment Office of the Kothari Family, is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship in Mumbai.
This is an excellent opportunity for law students interested in corporate law, venture capital, private equity, alternative investment funds (AIFs), and the startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organise legal documents, agreements, and corporate records.
- Assist in legal due diligence for startup investments and transactions.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, AIF, commercial, investment, and startup-related laws.
- Monitor compliance requirements and maintain legal records.
- Prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors.
- Support day-to-day corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters.
Eligibility:
✔ Pursuing an LL.B. degree
✔ Strong interest in corporate law, startups, venture capital, or investments
✔ Good research, drafting, and communication skills
✔ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
