We’re Hiring: Sales Process Associate (Voice – US Shift)
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Shift: US Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
Work Week: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized apparel solutions
- Drive sales conversions through consultative selling
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales records
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in customer service/sales with US customers (mandatory)
- Strong spoken English and US accent handling skills
- Confident in phone-based sales & objection handling
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Willing to work from Technopark, Trivandrum
