Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Promote products or services over the phone. Generate leads and follow up with prospects. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when needed. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
