About Us
StoneArc Engineers is a growing construction and engineering company specializing in Residential, Commercial, Industrial Buildings, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structures, Civil Works, Infrastructure Development, and Turnkey Projects. We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to successful project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure quality control of RCC, masonry, steel, finishing, and PEB works.
- Verify measurements and prepare billing quantities.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues with suitable solutions.
- Coordinate procurement requirements and material planning.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, estimation, and project documentation.
- Maintain records of work progress, inspections, and site activities.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, RCC works, and PEB structures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or PEB projects.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
- Understanding of project planning and execution.
