Job Summary
We are hiring a creative UI/UX Design Trainer to deliver our UI/UX Design program. Whether you are a talented fresher with a strong design portfolio or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, if you love teaching and can turn design thinking into hands-on skills, we want to hear from you. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply — structured trainer onboarding will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in UI/UX fundamentals, design thinking, and user research
- Teach industry tools — Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop/Illustrator — along with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Cover usability testing, information architecture, responsive design, and basics of HTML/CSS for designers
- Introduce students to modern trends including AI-assisted design tools
- Guide students through hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and portfolio-ready capstone projects
- Prepare and update course materials, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises in line with industry trends
- Mentor students on portfolio building (Behance, Dribbble) and support interview preparation
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and doubt-clearing support
- Support demo sessions, workshops, and seminars conducted by the academy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or any discipline with a strong design portfolio
- 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or design training
- Strong command of Figma and working knowledge of Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centred design processes
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects (mandatory)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Malayalam is an advantage
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students
- UI/UX certifications (Google UX Design, etc.) are a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
