Job Opening – Instrument Engineer Location: RO/DM Plant, BPCL Refinery, Kochi, Kerala
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Engineer to join our RO/DM Plant operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and calibration of field instruments, analyzers, and control valves.
- Troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and instrumentation systems.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation.
- Preparation and maintenance of calibration and maintenance records.
- Coordination with operations and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Preferred Experience:
- RO Plant / DM Plant / Water Treatment Plant
- Chemical, Process, Refinery, or Industrial Utilities
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
- Experience in PLC, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation.
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
