Required Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Minimum Experience Required: 0-1 years in relevant Field
Task and Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files(ERP, soft copies and hard copies)
- Preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters and NOC Certificates
- Screening resumes based on the provided requirements and conducting initial telephonic interviews and Coordinate interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting joining documents and coordinating employee induction sessions.
- Check and verify employee attendance and leave records in the ERP system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Adding Manual Attendance
- Preparing Holiday Calendar
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
