Position: TPA Cashless Executive
Setup: Day Care Facility
Type: Full-time | Overtime Available
Compensation:
- ₹24,000 to 25,000 in hand + PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Gratuity, Yearly Bonus
- Up to 32,000 CTC
- Overtime Extra
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 years handling TPA/Cashless desk operations in a healthcare setting
- Medical Terminology & Insurance: In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, medical terminology, and pre-authorization workflows
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve patient queries during high-stress situations
