The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain the reliability and performance of critical applications, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and manage application performance.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within enterprise software environments.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
