Oberon Overseas is looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counsellor / Student Advisor to join our Kottayam Office. The ideal candidate will guide students through their overseas education journey by providing accurate information on study destinations, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding international education opportunities.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
Guide students through admission and application procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams regarding applications.
Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve counselling and enrollment targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
Prior experience in study abroad counselling, education consulting, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
