WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ARCHITECT
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Architect to join our team for handling premium construction and interior projects.
Position: Senior Architect
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Salary Range:
₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
(Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
Location: Mohali
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and development of architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings
- Handling complete project coordination from concept to execution stage
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, site engineers, vendors, and project management teams
- Site visits and supervision to ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Planning and monitoring of construction and interior fit-out activities
- Ensuring quality control, project timelines, and compliance with design standards
- Vendor management and coordination for procurement of architectural and interior materials
- Ability to handle commercial, residential, office, and luxury interior projects independently
- Managing revisions, site issues, and execution challenges efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with local building by-laws and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture
- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, and MS Office
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and interior detailing
- Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in premium commercial and interior projects will be preferred
- Experience in structural detailing & drafting will be an added advantage.
