Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in our showroom. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, supporting product arrangements and helping the team achieve store targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their requirements.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Support Sales Executives in customer handling and sales activities.
- Provide information about products, sizes, colours and availability.
- Maintain proper arrangement of products on the sales floor.
- Ensure the showroom is clean and presentable.
- Support billing, packing and other store activities when required.
- Help maintain proper product displays as per company standards.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two qualification.
- Freshers can apply. Retail or apparel sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly and positive approach towards customers.
- Basic computer knowledge skills required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
